The International Sci-Tech Cooperation Demonstration Base for Functional Material Measurement and Testing Standards covers an area of 3,802 square meters. There are phase structure testing laboratory, spectral performance testing laboratory, photoelectric devices packaging and testing laboratory and micro/nano photoelectric sensing materials laboratory. The base possesses more than 30 kinds of large-scale instruments, including field emission transmission electron microscopy, raman spectrometer, optical fiber drawing machine and many others. This base establishes long-term cooperation and exchange relationships with United States, France, United Kingdom, Australia and other countries. Since the establishment of the base in 2014, based on the overall development requirements of the Ministry of Science and Technology, we have organized a number of domestic and international meetings, introduced and cultivated a batch of provincial or ministerial level talents in the field of science and technology, obtained more than 30 national projects and more than 20 domestic and international invention patents, published over 20 SCI papers, written more than 10 books, and won a number of science and technology awards in Zhejiang Province. This Base has fully played the role of the international science and technology cooperation base in the promotion and innovation of science and technology cooperation, overcomed a number of technical issues in the field of functional material measurement and testing standards, and built an important scientific experimental and technical foundation for promoting the development of theoretical technology and industrialization in this field.
