On April 8, the 3rd Zhejiang Provincial University Teachers’ Teaching Innovation Competition closed at Zhejiang University. 5 teaching teams selected by CJLU achieved good results, including 1 grand prize, 1 first prize, 3 third prizes. The teaching team led by Cai Chong won the grand prize and will participate in the national competition on behalf of Zhejiang province. The teaching team led by Jiang Jinguo won the first prize. The teaching teams led by Chen Xiaozhu, Liao Hong and Mi Hongmei won third prizes. This is a new breakthrough in the Zhejiang Provincial University Teachers’ Teaching Innovation Competition for CJLU.
The 3rd Zhejiang Provincial University Teachers’ Teaching Innovation Competition was instructed by Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education, hosted by Zhejiang Province Association of Higher Education, and organized by Zhejiang University. The competition included 6 categories: Emerging Engineering, Emerging Medicine, Emerging Liberal Arts, Foundation Course and Curriculum Ideology and Politics. Every category is composed of 3 groups of Senior Title, Vice-Senior Title, and Middle Title. Altogether 269 teachers (teams) from 57 universities were selected in online evaluation. 103 teachers (teams) made it to the finals. After a fierce competition, 18 grand prizes, 27 first prizes and 58 second prizes were awarded.
These awards not only affirm the teaching of CJLU teachers, but also encourage and promote the teaching innovation of CJLU. CJLU will continue to strengthen the training and support for teachers, and strive to improve the quality of teaching and innovation level.
