On September 3, China Jiliang University welcomed 5,258 new undergraduate students and 2,017 new graduate students from across the country, bringing youthful energy and fresh aspirations to the campus.

University leaders, including Vice Party Secretary and Acting President Dai Daoxin, Vice Party Secretary Cheng Gang, Vice President Wang Dizhao, and Party Committee Member and Director of the Publicity Department Chen Yongqiang, visited the registration sites. They greeted new students and their families, thanked staff and volunteers, and extended a warm welcome to the incoming class.

To ensure a smooth start, the university organized shuttle buses from railway and metro stations, offered on-site guidance and support, and set up service stations across campus providing information, career counseling, and psychological support. Student volunteers, many of whom once received similar help as freshmen, were actively engaged in assisting newcomers and their families.
This year's orientation also featured a range of special arrangements. Parents were invited to open-day activities, where they toured teaching and research facilities and attended information sessions with faculty. The university provided new dining options, convenience services, and updated student housing and campus facilities over the summer, creating a refreshed and welcoming environment.
Academic departments prepared their own welcome activities to help students quickly adapt to university life. From creative workshops to interactive exhibitions, these initiatives encouraged new students to connect with peers, explore academic resources, and begin their journey at CJLU.

With new faces, new facilities, and new beginnings, China Jiliang University looks forward to the Class of 2025 embarking on their academic journey and creating their own memorable stories on campus.
