On March 18, the Confucius Institute jointly established by CJLU and the University of Finance and Administration (VSFS) in Prague, Czech Republic, held the first Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) in Prague. There were 26 examinees, including students from the Czech Republic, as well as students and adults from Italy, Poland, Spain, Ukraine, Hungary, Russia and other countries who are studying and living in the Czech Republic. The examination subjects include HSK, Speaking Test (HSKK) , Youth Chinese Test (YCT), etc.
Since 2022, the Confucius Institute at VSFS has been actively preparing for the application and construction of the Chinese proficiency test center, and has facilitated the signing of the cooperation agreement between VSFS and Hankao International Education Technology (Beijing) Co., LTD., becoming the first Chinese proficiency test center in Prague.
The Chinese proficiency test held by the Confucius Institute will help test the achievements of Chinese teaching, stimulate the enthusiasm of local students to learn Chinese, provide Chinese proficiency certification support for students to study in China or work in Chinese-funded enterprises, and promote bilateral educational cooperation and cultural exchanges.
