On October 15, ShanghaiRanking, a professional higher education evaluation institution, released the 2025 ShanghaiRanking’s Best Chinese Subjects, in which a total of seven disciplines from China Jiliang University were listed. Compared with the 2024 rankings, Instrument Science and Technology rose from 14th to 9th, and Management Science and Engineering advanced from 71st to 46th, both ranking within the top 20%. Optical Engineering improved from 37th to 21st, and Control Science and Engineering moved up from 81st to 57th, both entering the top 30%. Law ranked among the national top 40, while Biology and Materials Science and Engineering were both listed within the national top 50. This indicates that the University has initially established a distinctive and high-performing disciplinary ecosystem marked by prominent strengths and overall enhancement.
